In my panic to stop the flooding into my house and not waste any more time, it was so relieving when you came out! Your technician arrived in no time after being called for help and he handled everything with expertise. He cleaned up all of the mess from inside as well as outside where there had been some leakage onto our yard. Thank goodness we have your emergency septic tank service because even though this is an unusual situation; every household should be prepared for emergencies such as these! Thanks a lot!

I am delighted with this company. I called them on Tuesday and they were here by Friday morning, just like they said! They got the tank pumped out for me and replaced my broken sanitary tee too. Mike was totally professional and he even helped make sure everything else looked good before giving his approval to start pumping (he's a pro). Definitely recommended!

We were at a point where we had to move out of our rental and wanted to leave the septic tank pumped before going over. We called these guys, who sent John to assess what needed to be done. It was an interesting experience for me; I learned more about tanks from him! He gave me some advice that really helped in this situation as well when it comes down to whether or not you should ever pump your own tank - DON'T DO IT!!!

Can’t say enough great things about this company! Called at 7am and had a plumber out by 10am. Frank was my plumber. He was incredible!! I had a clogged pipe & Frank walked me through the steps one by one (cheapest to more expensive) to solve the problem. What I loved most about this company is they go step by step to solve the problem WITHOUT charging you for each step. We started with a free camera/visual inspection, then the snake which was unsuccessful, then the hydro-jet. The problem was solved & Frank showed me the pipes on his monitor to explain the problem. He also explained preventative maintenance steps. Mario was also great. He handled the hydro-jet & showed up within an hour once we realized we needed to be more aggressive. Overall, it was a great experience & Im glad I found this company!!!

I will give them a 5 star cause they didn’t get my phone number right and were trying to call to reschedule me. But they accommodated me by rearranging there guys to come out the same day. Only because I don’t live there it’s my mom’s rental. Frank and two others came out to snake it and camera it. Job was done quickly they also showed me on the camera the roots in the sewage pipe that will eventually clog again. They gave me and estimate to fix the problem. They are very nice not pushy at all. I will use them again. I like to use family run businesses. Thanks for coming out today instead of me having to come back again.

High Speed Rooter was super helpful on our issue. Blas, our plumber came out, he was quick and easy to explain our problem and was super friendly as well! We thought we’d be paying more for a fix but was surprised by how low the cost of a clogged up pipe was. Definitely will be calling again for any of our plumbing issues.

We dealt with someone by the name of Frank. He came out and provided us with a competitive quote and decided to use their services to have our waterless tank replaced. He answered all my questions and or concerns that I had and went out of his way to assure we were satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them!

These guys are great. They offered a free visual inspection and quote, so I gave them a try. The plumber was professional and helpful. He waited around with me and discussed what the problem might be, while my tenant was taking his sweet time on the toilet. In the end, he did a great job at a good price. I'll be calling these guys again if anything needs fixing.
